What does the Center offer?
Extraordinary sound, sight and body experiences, concerts, workshops, therapeutics, community.
Why a place like this?
Throughout time humans have created spaces that enshrine sound in order to elevate life. In the modern era
our special acoustic structures have been designed primarily to send sound out from a stage to an audience of
listening spectators.
The Center, in contrast, offers a singular environment of sound, sight and touch designed for personal and
collective participation. The terrain of these experience fields call forth a temporary bypassing of the mind,
engaging body and heart directly. Along with its transformational potential arise new therapeutic applications
for sound, as well as creative forms of workshop style education.
The Experience
Inside the various chambers of resonance we travel both individually and collectively into the harmonic
structure of sound . . . to feel, hear and see the waves of vibration. This multi-sensory body immersion can open
up new perspectives, deepen understanding of the forces shaping our world and dissolve boundaries between
self and other.
Participants are encouraged to collectively explore their natural voice and rhythm in a safe sound womb, for a
new experience of harmony.
The Instruments
Our musical tools/instruments are evolutionary hybrids based on ancient origins. The various chambers also
vibrate as instruments themselves.
Ultimately we each are the primary instrument . . . . . a force of nature expanding.
Resonance Academy
Seminars and courses are offered for those who would like to go deeper into both the experience and science
of resonance. Provided are tools and transformative practices for musicianship and life.
